We bring big visions to life, and Poinciana Lakes Plaza is proof. This nearly 34-acre mixed-use power center sits in the bustling area of Poinciana, Florida.

Partnering with TCII Capital Group, Cuhaci Peterson Architects, and Kimley-Horn and Associates, MEC delivered two major phases and six outparcels, adding more than 240,000 square feet of commercial space. The result is a destination that blends national retailers, local convenience, and community connection.

Phase 1, completed in April 2024, welcomed well-known brands such as Crunch Fitness, T.J. Maxx, Ulta, Five Below, Burlington, Petco, America’s Best, and Rack Room Shoes.

Phase 2, opened in stages, features Sprouts Farmers Market, Ross Dress for Less, and multiple national outparcels including First Watch, Bojangles, Outback, Jersey Mike’s, MD Now, TD Bank, and Panda Express.

This standout project earned the 2025 CoStar Impact Award for Orlando’s Commercial Development of the Year, proving that when MEC builds, we build for impact.
